14: (optional) I also like to set my pixel density to 200 by changing the line ''ro.sf.lcd_density=" to 200 in the build.prop, don't change if you don't know what to do.
I do it to have more content in my screen so it looks even more like the Xperia Z's homescreen.

Browser (Xperia Z uses Google Chrome so I installed that instead)

Movie Studio (I never use it)

Trebuchet (stock CM launcher, uses up space and performance)..
